Suitable for air or helium inflation. Confetti balloon inflation instructions included and a funnel to help get the confetti inside the balloons.
Please carefully seperate all the confetti before putting it into the balloons and then use some static material to rub around the balloon after inflation to make the confetti stick to the outside.
